Being without a dryer is stressful so I went straight to the dreaded laundromat. That's when I got a text to move my appointment to today and then Brian called shortly after saying he could be at our home in 5 minutes. I explained I had my clothes in the dryer and he was understanding and worked with me to come in 40 minutes so my clothes could dry. At my home Brian reduced my stress level by being optimistic and explaining the parts of the dryer. Thankfully he had the part on hand and it was fixed faster than my trip to the laundromat. I truly appreciate Brian's kindness & professionalism.
