Technician Steve was great on replacing LG compressor. LG's 10 year Warranty isn't worth anything. Trying to make an appointment for repair through Sears Home Services by Txt, Email or trying to talk to a real person is very difficult. Virtual Help is a TERRIBLE way to make appointments!
