The technician was very helpful and knew what he was doing right away. He knew the problem and he had the replacement parts in his van. He showed us what was wrong and explained everything to us. I would recommend him to anybody.

Our technician, Ignacio really wanted to help but our microwave was not a built in even though it doesn't sit on the counter, it's in a cubby hole built for a microwave it was determined that it still is a countertop rather than built in. He was very professional in his explanation and extremely courteous! I ended up being reimbursed for my repair money and had to purchase a new microwave. But what a nice person he is.

The two technicians arrived & discussed my issues with the Samsung washing machine. They then begin to work on the machine and in time, reviewed with me what they had done and the reason why I experienced challenging & incomplete wash loads. Seems when the delivery men set up my Samsung washing machine, they incorrectly installed the water hose that created the unwashed clothes & headache almost year-long problems with clothes not being washed entirely/appropriately. Today, polite, patient and knowledgeable technicians corrected the problems others had created and I'd endured. The two guys did a job well done in a most cordial manner. Vicki Kerley
