Victor is a very qualified technician. The issue's we had a with communications with the front office. They didn't track the parts properly and we lost three appointments because of that. We had the parts for 2 weeks and they still show not all delivered. Also the technician has a private phone number. My phone rejects private phones as spam. Get with it folks your AI chat bot is terrible, a waiste of time.
