Microwave
Technician tried to repair it, but other issues were reported that the previous technician did not report previously. Technician stated that a new microwave is needed and took the parts that arrived with him due to the cost to repair was going to be higher than the value of the microwave. I did get an email from Sears that it was repaired, but that is not the case. Microwave was left unserviceable and parts were taken with the technician. Service order number #12195680/Service unit #0007088 is the payment receipt received with no repairs completed. Please make sure this is squared away with my insurance and they don't get the idea that my microwave was repaired. Other than that the technician was very polite and professional at the appointment. Thank you.
