Joshua is a very pleasant man. He is very knowledgeable and after fixing my washer he realized that my water heater was installed wrong which was very helpful. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasantl to talk to. Thank you Joshua you get 100 stars for me he deserves it.

Ignacio phoned to let us know of his arrival time. On time, well groomed, and friendly. He explained approximately how long the repair would take. He worked diligently until the work was complete. He was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He answered the questions we had, made sure we had documentation to use for our claim to the manufacturer. He left after cleaning up after himself. We highly recommend Ignacio for your appliances repairs.
