Very knowledgeable and work hard in trying to fix my refrigerator. I have been without my refrigerator for over a month because first American home warranty refused to get me a new one because they wanted to see if it could be fix; even after two different technician and it was not fixable. He was the third technician that came out and said the same diagnosis.
