Joshua came to look at my washer through a warranty claim. He was very prompt and got right to work. He was funny and let me know step by step what he was doing and why. He was very efficient and ended up getting me a whole new unit at no cost to me due to the failures of the machine. I know working with warranties can be a hassle so thanks Joshua for being kind and making this process look so easy.
