Best technician
After having multiple other technicians in my house. John was by far the best that I have had from my local sear's home repair team. Considering that last week I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday. I stayed home the entire day and the technician that was scheduled to come Didn't bother to let me know that he wasn't going to make it and scheduled me out two weeks later. John showed up today and took care of everything as quickly as he possibly could.
