I had a good conversation with him by phone. My husband who was at the appointment either didn't understand but felt pressured about warranty and then cancelled the recommendation, which I rectified after speaking with John. I don't know if was comprehension or what, but usually my husband has clarity on such communication. So, hopefully the new work order is in place so we can follow up with step two to get the fuse replaced.

Dan knows his job with over twenty years of professional training. He can fix more than one appliance and accurately diagnose the problem and expertly fix it in one visit. Demand Seats technicians. Don't accept subcontractors who often haven't a clue.

Dan is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explains the problems and has parts on his truck to fix the problem all in one visit. He's also punctual and neat. Avoid Sears subcontractors. Ask for Sears trained technicians only!
