Michael was professional and helpful at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for parts to be located but Michael explained what would happen next and how to keep updated on progress of my service request. His positive attitude was a refreshing change from other service techs I dealt with at other companies.
