Your technician should help women to carry stuff. For example, helping to bring a ladder from point a to point b. He asked if I have a ladder, I said yes in the garage. I had to go to the garage and brought it to him and when he was done, he left the ladder for me to take back. No offer from him to bring the ladder out or take it back to the garage.

Dan was good and came and showed me areas of my dryer that really needed cleaning. My dryer still doesn't dry very well on High Cotton setting, but does better when set on the medium high permanent press setting.

It would have been nice to actually speak with someone when the service call was made. We had no AC and would have liked same day service instead of waiting 4 days

Technician showed up to install parts that were ordered by a different technician. Upon changing the parts and starting a cycle the same code appeared and the technician said the wrong parts were ordered and I would have to start the whole process over again.
