It would have been helpful to have had an estimate of how long the repair would take. Also we should have been informed at the time the repair was scheduled that we would not be able to put our food back in the refrigerator for 24 hrs. The time window was off by almost 2 hours. If I had better info about the above, I could have better managed the care of my food during the repair and after.

My repair tech Pedro was awesome. Very courteous and fixed my issue quickly. He gets 5 stars. My issue that is with the automation part. The links given never work that are given, I'll receive calls a day later about an appointment that was already accomplished, and they will have the date wrong. There is no way to acknowledge it so I got 4-6 calls that day. It needs to be fixed. But for the human side (my technician) he was awesome

Pedro seemed competent but I don’t think he went far enough in terms of troubleshooting. This is a common intermittent problem on Samsung refrigerators and just because it seems to be working when he arrived does not mean it is good. Further diagnostics were called for. Disappointed.

Pedro did an excellent job in repairing my fridge. But I was very dissatisfied in the scheduling delays (it took over one month of rescheduling to finally get my fridge repaired.) Do a better job of keeping your word.

My original time was for 8-12. Kept getting delayed. Tech Greg came at 4. He was fantastic and helpful but holy crap, Sears is terrible. Wait time was crazy off, you can’t talk to a live person as it’s entirely AI based, and they wanted $407 to fix a $13 part. F that. Never again. Edit: I called the number that the company gave me in response to this original review. It’s still just the AI number and does nothing. What a POS.

He was friendly enough; but careless & messy (leaving debris strewn about). We would not have this fella back in our home. (See pics). As my wife said afterward: "what's the point of wearing booties in the house if you turn around and wear the same booties inside & out. For Example, jerking on a freezer drawers when he couldn't get the draw to open & than explaining it away with a banal explanation of "these types of doors and their tracking systems". I was observing him at that time, he didn't even make an effort to work the drawer free...he just jerked it open. Regarding the issue at hand (the auto-dispenser's error code), because he couldn't recreate it; he basically didn't do/fix anything & the same error code occurred within 20 minutes of him leaving (see pic). So, I'll be calling in for another tech visit (with another tech) & will continue to do so until the issue is remedied. p.s., as I said, he was friendly enough . . . but being friendly wasn't enough to remedy our concern.
