Tech, Pedro, was great each time he came. The Sears appt. service was totally horrendous!! Rescheduled appts every day, saying tech was on the way, then 5 min. later rescheduling for another day, another day saying I wasn't home for an appt (finally at 7:15) when I WAS home and had waited all day thru multiple schedule changes. I waited over 2 wks for my repair to finally happen! Miserable Service!!

Tech came out and trouble shot the issue and had to order parts. The parts were shipped to the shop and he placed them in his vehicle but went on vacation. Our appointment came and another tech came out without the parts and could not fix it. We got another appointment and a lady brought the parts to us only about 40 minutes before the tech arrived and she said he was soon to arrive and would let him know we were home. The tech showed up and said we weren't home and missed us. He didn't knock, he didn't call and I received a message saying he missed us. Then we had to reschedule another appointment and then he complained that the fridge was iced up and that we should have defrosted it. We didn't know it needed to be defrosted and if it would of helped we would have. Very poor communication as there is no good phone numbers to call as it's all automated. If this happens again I will be looking for another home service company.

Refrigerator does not work after repair. Was convinced to repair and pay for parts. Very unhappy with no refrigerator for the past 2 weeks! Want my money back!!

So this was what I wrote after the initial service call: Outstanding service experience. Our technician was very thorough, and I am feeling confident he has accurately diagnosed the problem and when the parts get here, I can be assured of the machine properly functioning. So, a week later let me update this review. Your technician came on Nov 29 and diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and scheduled an appointment to return yesterday. He came, installed the parts and it seemed to still be leaking. He worked for 2 hours, told us he thought it was just water left in the system. He told us to use the washer and if it leaked, to call him back. It leaked massively. I called his number and left a message, and he texted me back instructing me to call for a recall appointment as he did not have time to return. I spent 20 minutes on the phone working your call tree and holding for an advisor and was disconnected twice before they scheduled a recall appointment for today. Apparently, the person who set up the appointment for me was incompetent because today when I called to see why they had not contacted me, I was told they had no appointment scheduled. I have paid you $367.69 for the repair your service technician said we needed. The repair did not work, you failed to arrive for your follow up appointment and now I am waiting for another appointment tomorrow. Oh, and the person setting up tomorrow's appointment disconnected and did not call me back. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. My advice to anyone looking for appliance repair is look elsewhere. I know I will be looking elsewhere next time.

The Sears Technician you sent was rude and completely unhelpful. He did absolutely nothing to help. I paid Cinch yesterday for the service call. Your Technician was trying to make me pay again. I showed him evidence that I paid already but he didn't care. He said I can't proceed unless you pay $75. He did not budget on it. He didn't attempt to rectify the situation. Between your Technician and Cinch I'm absolutely fed up. All i needed is a bee gas valve so I can heat my house for my family. I will.never use your services again or Cinch. Completely useless encounter.

Same crabby technician if he's not available you have to wait weeks for an air-conditioner repair in 100° weather and his ridiculous supv. Brandon never returns calls.

The appointment software projected the technician would arrive at 12:42 for an appointment set in the 8 - 12 morning time frame. I received a text message saying the technician was on the way at 11:59. 3 minutes later I get the text message with the link to this review. 4 hours later and the technician has NOT shown up or called or texted. The appointment software stated the technician had arrived shortly after 1:00pm, that never happened. Spoke with a supervisor who stated that we were supposed to have parts delivered for today’s appointment, first time we had heard that and we haven’t received any parts. Supervisor promised to investigate and call us back in 20 minutes or so. That was over 2 hours ago. Currently don’t have any idea what the Sears Warranty “plan” is for this repair to be completed. No new appointment, no contact.

If I could give zero stars I would. This had been a mind boggling horrible experience. Was promised an easy fix of a fan, part and labor was quoted at an astonishing $450. Kept getting auto rescheduled for 3 weeks with zero communication as to why, had to consistently wait on hold for an answer just to be told it needed to be escalated. After week 3, was finally told part was on back order with no possible estimates on when part would be available, could be weeks or months. Decided to cancel service and ask for refund. Was told refund would be completed in 7-14 business days. Called after 14 business days and asked to wait a few more days but assured refund was approved. Waited a few more days, called back, told refund could take up to a month. Told representative a month, from when I requested the refund, is up in a week, asked at what point I should call if I still haven't received refund, and they said, and I quote; "I don't know, it depends on the financial department. Nobody has access to contact them, sometimes refunds can take up to 6 months to be fully processed. " 6 MONTHS!? what an absolute scam. I do not recommend going through sears repair even as a last resort, because that was what it was for me. Overpriced, untrustworthy, and a massive waste of time.

The technician is rude. It took 3 months for him to fix our refrigerator and in the process he messed up the ice maker then refused to fix it.

You overcharged and I never saw the estimate he just had me sign. The problems were not labor intensive. It was more about advisement. Sorry but this was a recall visit and I spent 400.00 for not a single bit of really labor intensive work and that means you're technicians are earning 400/hr. Which is much higher than I make and I went to school to work.
