I finished calling Sears Appliance Repair at 11:41 AM and their technician called at 12:29 PM to say he would be here in a half hour. He got here and quickly solved the problem. Pedro B. was very professional and provided some suggestions on how to keep my refrigerator working great in the future.

William did a.great job. He openly admitted he didn't know what was going on & contacted the manufacturer. I appreciate the honesty of someone saying they don't know, but they will find out. Manufacturer gave him the info and sure.enough - problem solved. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Using resources to figure out the problem, without making an excuse AND being able to use your skill set to fix it. That is someone I would look t ushing in the future. I know I would get something honest from that tech. Appreciate the fix, William.

Michael the tech was efficient, good Dx. He returned and fixed the dishwasher- perfectly! But, the Call Center robot- sucks! Difficult to make changes, asked about parts arrival, but nowhere to answer. Left special instructions to come only in the morning, but tech. never got a copy! Because of thus, I will seek repair with others.
