SEARS is a great place to go to when your appliances need to be serviced every so often and sooner than later. You can schedule and provide details ONLINE as to any concerns your having with your appliances and they come right out. I actually just started my Home Warranty to save on the cost of repairs and routine maintenance and I’m ALREADY SAVING MONEY! Although I do have to pay a deposit EVERY-TIME someone comes out UNLESS ITS A REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY. But the warranty covers just about everything AND MORE!

Your technician should help women to carry stuff. For example, helping to bring a ladder from point a to point b. He asked if I have a ladder, I said yes in the garage. I had to go to the garage and brought it to him and when he was done, he left the ladder for me to take back. No offer from him to bring the ladder out or take it back to the garage.

Tech good worker but job not finished and concern about whether the new part was ordered or not and when it will get installed.

Dan was good and came and showed me areas of my dryer that really needed cleaning. My dryer still doesn't dry very well on High Cotton setting, but does better when set on the medium high permanent press setting.
