Is the second time technicians go to my house the fix my refrigerator and it still not done right

Pedro was an unbelievably bad technician. He did not follow the instructions specified in the service order, he was belligerent and rude, he ignored my numerous phone calls and never returned a call. To top it all off, after taking our repair to a more qualified business, we learned he had grossly misdiagnosed the problem and would have charged an exorbitant amount to accomplish nothing. I have no idea how he still has a job after seeing several complaints in other reviews about him specifically.

New ice maker in door of fridge was replaced yesterday. The refrigerator is making a humming noise since repairman left yesterday, and no ice has been made. The repairman was courteous and friendly.

SEARs service was completed quickly and as far as I know effectively. But the service man was disrespectful to my home. He entered through the front door. I asked him to exit through front door. He went against my express desires and said “I will use your side gate to leave”. I asked him to not use the side gate because I have it set up in such a way so that my dog can’t get out when I let her out to use the restroom. He said “well I already used it so”… and proceeds to walk out the side gate. So rude. And disrespectful. Service technician number is copied below. On a Friday replaced a part but the problem was not fixed! Lost 5 bags of food!! A technician came back out the next day and was going to charge me $99. I said this is not a new service call. He left and text that we were not home. When I called they were going to try and get someone else back out, if they couldn't they would send someone out Monday. NO APPOINTMENT WAS EVER SET UP FOR MONDAY. This is the second day of work I lost. Now an appointment is set up for Tuesday, another day of work I will lose!
