Daniel, the serviceman, was excellent. He installed the new thermostat quickly with ease and solved a remaining problem I had with my side by side freezer that was just repaired with a new compressor last week. Turns out the man last week put it back in a hurry and the freezer wouldn’t close properly. Daniel figured the mess out while we tested the washer for washing and saved you guys an unnecessary trip. I rate Daniel as A+ and Michael who diagnosed the problem with the washing machine and ordered the part on the spot as A+ as well!!!

Sears technician came out when I scheduled him he was very prompt very thorough and he did a good job unfortunately I did not get my washer fixed because it would have cost more than a new one
