Michael was a great service tech, efficient, pleasant and communicated well. He's a good representative for Sears. However their digital payment app wasn't working and we spent to much time and eleven attempts trying to accept my payment. Apparently there's no backup or alternate payment method. I finally wrote a check but he couldn't accept it; I have to wait to be billed and then mail the check to some non-local location. Michael gets 5 stars, but the payment protocol gets a zero.
