Andrew was fantastic! And their appointment software is so efficient. I had a next day appointment in seconds using their website. There were follow up texts and notifications about arrival times. All in all a very pleasant customer experience.

Ken L. Diagnosed the refrigerator and confirmed that the compressor was at fault and it was under LG warranty. But the minimal estimate for the labor was overpriced. Paid for the limited diagnostic. Better to spend that money on a new unit.
