I had the part over a month. They kept insisting it had not shipped! After several calls, they finally scheduled Ken to come out and fix the oven. Great job Ken! No one ever answers the phone. Poor customer service.

We are part of a Sears home repair program (we recommend it). We have called them several times over the past few years. There service staff are knowledgeable, competent, and time efficient. Most recent visit 3/3/26. Kenmore dryer was difficult to turn on. DAN evaluated and replaced a circuit switch which had a short.. On a previous visit 3/2025, DAN repaired microwave. He is always pleasant to deal with and quickly diagnosed the problem. We have also had service from William"T" who repaired Kenmore Refrigerator-freezer on 8/2/25 after it was not cooling efficiently. He got right to problem and fixed it. He had previously serviced the ice-maker of our main LG Refrigerator-freezer 8/15/24. He is also courteous and efficient. I am happy with repair services provided.
