Dan is really wonderful. He is a true professional and a lovely person. Not only did he do his work, he showed me how to cut back on electricity cost on an appliance. I am very pleased with his service.

Daniel, the serviceman, was excellent. He installed the new thermostat quickly with ease and solved a remaining problem I had with my side by side freezer that was just repaired with a new compressor last week. Turns out the man last week put it back in a hurry and the freezer wouldn’t close properly. Daniel figured the mess out while we tested the washer for washing and saved you guys an unnecessary trip. I rate Daniel as A+ and Michael who diagnosed the problem with the washing machine and ordered the part on the spot as A+ as well!!!

Michael was very informative and professional. I will definitely use Sears to service my appliances again.

Raymond was excellent. On time, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
