Technician was great. he did a great job But the person who helped me with appt is not very knowledgeable in taking the details, phone number and contact information. She got my name completely wrong, and the date of her appointment was also wrong. All she tried to sell more products which I absolutely did not appreciate when I tried calling back to change the appointment, I wasn’t successful and the technician showed up at my Gatehouse.
