I got estimated arrival time throughout the day. Andrew (technician) arrived and started working on my gas dryer. He methodically went through the unit until he found the problem. He explained the issue and went over the cost estimate. He also offered to clean out the unit for a nominal charge, which I jumped on since there was lint throughout. He quickly fixed it and cleaned it out. Then placed it all back together and showed me that it was operational again.
