Ken and his assistant were very thorough. They listened to me, so it was good to have someone that cared. They cleaned up afterwards and even put food back in the freezer. It would have been great to have them come and do the repairs in the first place. I’m very grateful. My questions were answered intelligently.

Dan was knowledgeable (of course) and easy to communicate with. Very competent. He fixed the dryer quickly, tried to sell me insurance and moved on. I would call him again.
