Dan was knowledgeable (of course) and easy to communicate with. Very competent. He fixed the dryer quickly, tried to sell me insurance and moved on. I would call him again.

Michael was courteous and friendly. Worked to reach the control panel on my older microwave, with buttons that work only intermittently. Unfortunately, the part is no longer available. Great service.
