We had Sear's maintenance come and service our refrigerator. The freezer kept freezing over and moving into the fridge with the ice. I was sure it would be bad news since the unit is 10 years old. He was able to diagnose a simple issue, fix the problem within 30 minutes and then shoed me what to look for in case it happened again. T, that was his name, was polite, straightforward, and efficient. It was a great appointment.
