Dan went the extra mile with trouble shooting and found that the dryer wall plug was malfunctioning and the dryer plug was getting hot due to that. He possibly eliminated a potential fire hazard. I can't thank him enough for being thorough. It is nice to know that Sears provides well trained technicians that you can rely on!

Dan showed up and took great care moving our washer away from the wall. He explained everything and fixed our washer quickly. He cleaned up after himself and was kind, funny and professional.

Amir was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately he was not familiar with the mini split AC unit. That was not his fault, that was the fault of choice home warranty who did not communicate properly.
