William fixed my broken ice maker quickly and efficiently. Had the job done in about 30 minutes. I only wish the automated tracking app worked as well. It said he had 7 stops to make before me and wouldn't arrive until late afternoon. Thankfully it was wrong and I was one of his first stops. Sears was sent by my home warranty service, and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The private contactors they can use aren't always as professional.
