Couldn’t determine why the water didn’t run when the filter was pulled. Not his lack of effort but his info didn’t show a valve that prevented water to flow when filter was out. He did determines that the evaporator did not need replacing. The drain problem allowed water to build up as ice in bottom of freezer. I will watch daily for ice buildup in freezer floor. This was an extended warranty repair which I have paid for every year since purchasing.

Our service person today was very good much better than the one that we had in the past. But I can tell you I dislike your, A I Samantha. It took four visits to get the problem solved. Today William came and replaced the main Circuit board and it works great, so far.

Scheduled time changed continuously. Started at 9-10, then scheduled for 1, then back to 9, then noon, then 1 then arrived after 1. Then repair most wanted was a fix to stop the continuously washer front right support to recess and cause the washer to wobble. This is an ongoing issue. Glenn said there was no fix. I ask if he could use Loctite to stop the support from recessing. He said he doesn't carry Loctite. So this problem will return inevitably.

After being stood up twice by this company our expectations were low. Ken diagnosed the problem but priced himself out of a repair. $1100 to fix an ice maker is totally out of line. There is no way that we would trust Ken or this company to work for us. I believe this appointment had a goal of collecting $119 never to expect us to spend $1100 to fix an ice maker. I’m not sure who in their right mind would. Also, no consideration was given to us for waiting 8 AM to 5 PM twice with no action. We should be compensated for our time and lack of consideration.

Difficult to communicate. Cannot talk to a person. Had appointment for 9:06 to 10:36 AM and Service didn't arrive until 3:20 PM. The Service Personnel did a Great Job, just Very Slow getting here.

Trying to get a hold on the Tec that was here about 1/2 ago, I was informed that I was not approved to get the compressor filter and gas, it seems something was misunderstood I just called AHS, it was approved to go ahead and order the parts and get a appt again please call me back and verify this please
