UPDATE 10/10/24 ADD TO THIS REVIEW BELOW RESENT WILLIAM Cđ„”đĄ I told the tec what was wrong with my frig. And he totally disrespected my opinion told me it was only because I had too much food in the freezer. Really that is why all the food in my fridge would 1/2 freezen 1/4 ok rest thrown away. I need another call on them. Oct.10 sent me the same tec William. He had an attitude, smelling like an ash tray . I am telling him now my frig is full last time it was not . Take out my milk from the top self,, Williams says milk does not go on the top self!? Me Since when? It doesn't matter what self I put it in it still freezes, tomatoes, eggs anything. So when I told him to stop talking to Stop try to talk down to me like I was stupid let me call my husband to talk to you better! William picked up his bad and was leaving. I turned around and said hay get back here I waited long time for this appointment he told me to bad and ran out ! What do you think ? I am nice to 1 point but hit my very last nerve on insults I am done. Mean while all these games are being played I am losing money everyday on my food cost since Sept.27..28? $ 450. $$counting. Sears hope I get money back for this !!!

Dan was thorough and knowledgeableâŠ. Very polite and explained everythingâŠ. BUT THE COST WAS VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! For ending up just cleaning the machine ! Dan repaired the sensors inside the dryer so the time would be completed as set . And I was told by your CS the $119 service charge would be a credit if there was labor or parts or repairs . Dan said thats untrue. The Service Charge is Added to the parts and Labor. Thatâs really hitting the consumer hard! Especially the elderlyâŠ. Probably wonât use you againâŠ. The stars above are for Dan only. The blank stars are for Searâs gouging the public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take Herbert Landon Off my information as I have requested numerous times! He doesnât own the property any longer!!

Technician basically just told me that I needed a new washing machine and charge $99 for the visit.

Tech did not correctly diagnose the primary problem so we have had to schedule -- and pay for -- a follow up service repair. He was courteous and did check to make sure the fridge was cooling. The primary problem -- frost in the freezer -- he attributed to us (not closing the door) but that is NOT the case. And frost persists and worsens.

I just want people to know that Sears service only has 2 technicians, one of which is a supervisor who is probably not working full time, for the entire Tucson. First, they delayed and postponed my first appointment to the next day. Then, when they came out to diagnose, they did not bring the part and will take over a week to repair. So, I will be out of refrigerator for almost 2 weeks. Why would anyone be an idiot and spend $119 for them to essentially come out and say, âwe canât helpâ you! It is time for Sears service to retire or stop cheating the customer.

The workers were knowledgeable and professional. No problem there. Customer service is almost nonexistent. First you deal with a chatbot. Then you get sent to a phone number that gives you prompts. If it is a male voice, you will not be sent to an A.I. or live person, if the topic you want isn't available, eventually it hangs up on you. If you get the female voice, you may get sent to an AI assistant. She will tell you she can answer anything a person can. But she could not. Eventually I was sent to a live person, but the language barrier and connectivity made it difficult to explain the current problem. It took approximately 9 weeks to fix my range. I was given a wrong control panel part, then sent my part away to be fixed and took over a month to return. Every time I received an update, it was wrong, then they could not find my claim anymore. Every phone call, I had to go through the above steps to talk to someone. Eventually my claim was sent to supervisor which may or may not have sped up my fix. Will not get another Sears home warranty.

DO NOT PAY FOR A SEARS APPLIANCE WARRANTY. They will not honor it. Sears appliance repair service is a nightmare. On June 12 we discovered our dishwasher had leaked and ruined the floor. Over four months, Sears sent a train of repair people, who often did not show up or have the courtesy to cancel the appointments, thus causing is to wait at home all day. This happend through June, July, Auguts and September. When they did come, they ordered a series of parts, none of which fixed the problem. So more parts and more missed appointments followed. We asked for a replacement for this irreparable dishwasher, and they promised repeatability that Sears would replace it as soon as they tried another repair tactic. Fibally, when the repair guy, one of a cadre who'd visited our home to no avail, said he didnât know what part to order next, the Sears Company told him they would not replace the dishwasher, period. I told them we were done, and bought a replacement myself. DO NOT get a Sears Appliances warranty. They are shamefully incompetent and will not honor their word.

Iâm very disappointed, the first time the technician came to fix my fridge because it wasnât cooling he charged me $210 to clean the compressor and didnât work I made another appointment he came back and said it was the control panel he charged $567 itâs been 2 days and my fridge still not cooling.
