Sear's Appliance Repair is really Cinch Home Services. The service was fine until they replaced the part in our non-functioning refrigerator. Ten minutes after the tech left, the problem returned. The technician did not respond to my voice call and tests. The Sears/Cinch Appliance Repair does not respond, they don't reply to emails and if I manage to get in queue with a foreign phone assistant, I am sent to the wrong department or am put on hold through my lunch hour. My wife speaks Spanish and she finally made it through the labyrinth with the Spanish speaker option. Our refrigerator died before Halloween and our next diagnostic appointment is after Thanksgiving.

My technician and his trainee left saying all was done when I discovered they had left my bottom freezer basket in my sink still iced up with three packages of food still frozen in heavy ice. I was left to finish their work. Not pleased or impressed!
