Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Parts were ordered and deliver to my house. They didn’t know, although I called multiple times and no matter who I talked to (half way around the world) I would have my appointments rescheduled out of nowhere because “the parts were not in” although they were. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting to get someone to come fix my dryer. I was guaranteed this last time that it was resolved and once again got an automatic reschedule notice. Terrible.
