During his first visit, Robert found the problem, ordered the parts and set his follow up appointment. The parts arrived, Robert came right on time, installed the new parts and the problem was fixed. He kept us informed of what was wrong and the fix for it. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him for any repairs.
