Allen called in the morning to let me know he would be here between 12:30 and 3pm. That enabled me to get some errands done which I really appreciated . I was notified he was on his way a little early which was great. Allen made sure the dryer was working well and showed me how to check the airflow through the lint vent since I was concerned about this. I was very pleased with this service.

Sears Appliance Repair was able to find a time sooner to come and look at issue with our appliances. Our repair technician Ross, let us know when he was close to arrival. He was professional and effective. Ross diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to perform the repair, with part on hand.
