Chris Booker fixed my old washer efficiently and quickly. I recommend him and was happy with his work. The Kenmore scheduling department is a mess. Direct communication is blocked. They sent false info to me. The tech was coming from scottsdale, short, and small guy. My tech came from sholow, a big, tall guy. This shows everyone scheduling does not put employee or client security as a priority.
