The technician did a good job. The sears AI appointment system is boarding harassment! I hated it. Like 10 reminder text messages, even after you confirm and some as early as 10 AM even on Sundays it was the worst experience. I hated it completely.

The technician was amazing. The pricing was overinflated and I will never use Sears again due to the fact they charge 4 to 5 times more than the job takes. Completely unsatisfied with the overinflated pricing. Loved the 30 min repair. Hated the $451 I was charged for the 30 min installation of the $30 part. Please contact a different company that is morally sound with the pricing.

John did a great job, however the support team did not their job at all. Someone in Sears Appliance called me last Friday to get the detail about the issue, and I provided all the information, but none of those information was passed down to John, and he didn't bring the parts need to fix the job.

I have no complaints about the service provided by the service tech (a Mr. Joel G) on the day of the appointment. HOWEVER, I do want to make a comment about the service provided by Sears Appliance Repair PRIOR TO the visit. I got a text message asking me to confirm the appointment and give a description of what is actually wrong with my appliance, which I did. But when I asked if I could speak to a person from Sears prior to the appointment, I got a number that DID NOT TAKE ME TO A REAL PERSON. I asked over and over again to speak to an actual person, and got nothing. If I'm going to spend my money with Sears on appliance repairs, I should be able to speak to a real person over the phone prior to the visit.

The service technicians are always very professional and helpful however the customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If not for the technicians like Daniel, I would have discontinued using their services but after this last experience, I'm going to start looking elsewhere. I was left without a functioning washing machine for over four months with no assistance, and no one returning my calls. After over 10 calls to Customer Service I was always assured that "someone of higher authority would call me back," ( since this was an overseas call center, I never knew what the heck that meant) which never occurred. My interactions with their customer service has been utterly unhelpful. It seems that this new company may be relying on the reputable good name of SEARS, yet the services provided by them are diminishing its reputation. Poor communication! I did receive a comment back from SEARS about this post and the best that they could do was have a BOT reply saying to call a number that could assist me with my issues. I thought that this number would get me to an English speaking person that could actually help but no, that number was the same general number for a call center. No help. No caring, no customer service.

Their repair technicians purposefully do not repair all of the problems with your appliance so they can keep coming back and charging you more and more repair fees. They are trained not to assist customers with home warranties to replace appliances. They do least possible and charge you the most they can and even try and trick you. AVOID!!!
