Although the technician was very professional and replaced the defective part, we were without a refrigerator for 3-weeks. The appointment was cancelled and rescheduled multiple times causing this delay. Super annoying!

First tech ordered a part not needed and same issue continued. That was $500 now the next tech said no it’s this other thing and ordered a $200 part that hasn’t arrived and repair supposed to be tomorrow with no parts. We have spent $700 and still an issue we could have just bought a new refrigerator. I feel robbed and there is no live person to help us only auto phone robot.

Steven showed up on time yesterday morning and after charging me $ 160.00 dollars for fixing my fridge I got up this morning to find that my fridge/freezer is still not working properly.

The low mark has nothing to do with the technician other than the appliance still does not work when he left he thought it did
