3/4/2026 Today’s experience was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. I called today to make an appointment and was scheduled for today. Tam was my repair service provider again. I couldn’t get the old filter out to replace it. Tam showed me what to do so hopefully next time the filter needs replacing I can do it. I have always had trouble changing it out. Older post. Tam did a great job fixing my refrigerator. He gets a five star rating. He had to order parts , so he came back once the parts came in to fix it. Originally, I was very disappointed with the Sears AI only option to have a tech come out. They canceled on me 3× . Three days. I sat here waiting and finally it was assigned to Tam on the fourth time and he came out. AI was the only way to reschedule . The options were not helpful at all. It wouldn’t let me change my address on there. It was a nightmare.. The outcome finally turned out good thank you Tam.
