Joseph showed compassion and knowledge about the service performed and was understanding with the frustration I experienced when prior tech appointments were no shows for 3 times and then billed me even when he was a no show. Joseph went above and beyond for me by following through to make sure the process of replacing was started and contacted me when it was started. He was an answer to my prayers.

Bernard was on time and checked my stovetop/range thoroughly. I always use Sears to diagnose and service my appliances. They’ve been professional and experienced every time I’ve used them. Adding photo to show a blown coil from my stove (also ruined a $75 pan). So, don’t wait to service appliances if they’re acting funny! I nearly died from fright and the neighbors could hear electrical sounds and my screams from down the road.
