I’ve had GE APPLIANCES FOR OVER 20 years. I have always had the additional warranty. I can honestly said I’ve had great repair service whenever needed! Thank you A&E Repair for your great service, Amen 🙏

Technician did good job. Not satisfied at all for appointments way too long wait. And representative I talk to open claims not satisfied, have language issues, some of them probably work from home, kids crying in the back. Not very professional. Time between the call and tec shows up not satisfactory specially I am in Arizona hottest state and I have air conditioning issues that should get some priority.

The actual service call was great. However, very frustrated when I had a scheduling issue, that there was no option to talk with someone to resolve the issue that did not fall within the automated options provided. Ugh!

They came, they fixed the issue. They were nice. I didn't like that they schedule you sometime between 8 and 5pm. Like if I didn't have a roommate home, I'd have to take a day off.
