Repair men were great. I wish appointment times could be more precise. Having to block an entire day is not very convenient. It would be better to have a time span such as between 9 and 11.

Repair person was professional The real time appointment tracker is worthless. Mine started at 10am, then shifted to 1130am and finally 1pm, then I received a call from the tech telling me he was 45min away. I would rather have a block of time. You could tell phone representative wasn’t knowledgeable by the way she answered her questions.
