I was able to get a same-day appointment. Mark arrived in a timely manner. He's been here before and I was glad to see him again. He's always so friendly & professional. The repair took only a few minutes. With my warranty, the cost was reasonable.

William showed up during appointment time. A previous rep didn't show up for an appointment and didn't notify me he wasn't showing up so I waited all day for a no show. Very disappointing. William did a good job installing new parts and showed me afterwards how to properly operate my dishwasher.
