William showed up during appointment time. A previous rep didn't show up for an appointment and didn't notify me he wasn't showing up so I waited all day for a no show. Very disappointing. William did a good job installing new parts and showed me afterwards how to properly operate my dishwasher.

Recognized problems and fixed and saw Choice Warranty put in a 3 ton unit in my 394 square foot house. Why??? 1-1/2 ton would have been plenty. Hopefully Sears can help rectify. Please 🙏
