Aside from taking over a week to get an appointment, the service guy showed up on time, seemed to really know what he was doing, and fixed the problem in a timely manner very satisfied with the work. NOT THE RESPONSE TIME for the appointment.

The technician was great, resolved the problem with my air condition unit. The appointment was booked over a week.after the unit broke down and my house was very hot. I would have appreciate it an earlier appointment.

Mark, a service tech arrived on time. he was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. he quickly removed the broken ice maker and replaced it with a new one and assured that it was in working condition before he left. a great job all the way around! highly recommend his services.

Technician did an excellent job at fairly short notice. Installed a new compressor in a little over an hour. A day later, everything seems good. Must say I was a little shocked that the "labor" part of the job was over $900.00. Seems a bit high. Don't think corporate attorney's bill at a rate much higher. Little updated information I received today from the local appliance repair shop that originally informed me that the particular compressor model, was a known defective. She said that the entire replacement should have been performed cost freeby Sears. It cost me over $1,000. Need to do a bit more research.
