Gerardo is a smart, competent service tech who dealt very effectively with the most annoying problem a tech ever encounters - the intermittent failure. We will keep using our portable dishwasher, and if it quits again we will know how to deal with it.

Tech was awesome. I didn't like that sears scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and didn't tell me they changed to today. I have been out of a washer for a month. Tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Thank you, Gerry
