Repair person was professional The real time appointment tracker is worthless. Mine started at 10am, then shifted to 1130am and finally 1pm, then I received a call from the tech telling me he was 45min away. I would rather have a block of time. You could tell phone representative wasn’t knowledgeable by the way she answered her questions.

Our tech was nice enough, but as stated by so many others, part not available, even if it was it was $900 dollars, etc etc. only could talk to AI so waited 4 hours and was told my appt was cancelled (by another AI) only to have him show up 1 minute before the end of time allotment. Waste of money, don’t bother.

The technician was fantastic but communication with the company if you have an issue not on their automated site is near impossible. But the repair was finally completed after 2 reschedules.

Service technician was very efficient as it took only 45 minutes from arrival to departure. I do not understand how they can charge $344.95 for labor, that amounts to $459.93 per hour. How much do you get paid per hour? Is this really a far charge for labor?

Technician called to say he was on his way in 20 minutes. When I told him the unit was on the roof said he couldn’t go on the roof & would have to reschedule. So he never came. I had to get another service provider.

My father is 87 years old and was extremely displeased with the service provided to our leaking refrigerator flooding our kitchen. He had to pay for the service call, however, the issue was not resolved. We had to purchase the filter part from Amazon and my father had to install the part himself. He is elderly with numerous health conditions. When I reached out to the technician for clarification of the problem, he did not respond. Because of this, we cannot recommend Sears service repair to any of our friends, family, coworkers, or clients. Thank you.
