Your tech said there was a restriction in the lines that caused the metering device to fail. We had Collins Comfort heating out for a second opinion the next day and they said there was no restriction in the lines that your tech had mis diagnosed the problem. Your tech didn't even give me a written report that shows what he claimed to be wrong with the heater. Very poor service. I won't use Seats again.

Was not able to fix so paid diagnostic fee only. Tech went in and out of house and never once removed his shoes or put covers over his shoes Very unprofessional with no regard to walking on my expensive Turkish rugs!

When asked I was advised of the national average est for repair. When requesting repair several times I had to enter the make, model and issue. Scheduled for afternoon time. 8am I rec’d call from repair guy on his way in 30 mins, and he stated he had no make, model or related issue communicated to him. The estimate from him was 3x what was given upon requesting repair and he said they can’t replace the glass on the top which was the only issue. Did not meet any of my expectations

The technicians are fine but your system is completely dysfunctional. This was absolutely the worst repair experience I have ever had, or heard of. Your system can't recognize that parts have arrived and therefore repeatedly cancelled service appointments. The first 2 pumps were not working, ordering the 3rd was delayed. I could go on....Meanwhile, Sears had our money for the entire 2 months the appliance was unrepaired - no compensation for your delays - which is twice as long as the repair warranty. Unbelievable.

We were told the technician would be here between one and 5 PM. We have multiple texts from Sears home services saying that we needed to prepare to be here for the technician between one and 5 PM. We just received a text saying that the technician had come - knocked twice, Rang the doorbell twice, and left. The time on the text is 11:47 AM. I rescheduled my day to be here between one and 5 PM and they are not showing up. Did they show up over an hour before the scheduled service window to prevent having to do any work?
