They never kept the appt date or time to receive service. It was 3 times I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And again changed date and time.

Technician was hard to understand. Quoted price for different make of appliance. When he left I had no idea what the diagnosis was for my ice maker. $105 later, nothing. Waste of money.

Terrible service. The technician was suppose to call me when he was on his way. Didn't do it! The window that he was suppose to be at my house was 8am - 5pm! Really? I have to wait for him all day.
