Jody arrived in the time slot indicated and was VERY professional and friendly. After doing some diagnosing, he was able to efficiently make the repair on our GE dryer. He is definitely an asset to your repair team.

To be honest we were very frustrated with the refrigerator repair process for weeks. Repairman (not Jody) came out ordered a part, came out again part was wrong or didn’t work so ordered something else. Then somehow the part was cancelled so when Jody came for the first time he said it was the wrong part anyway and he ordered another part. The first repairman was not very friendly or helpful but once we had Jody come out he was very knowledgeable and professional and explained what was going on so while this repair took 7 weeks which is ridiculous, once we had the right guy it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Jody my tech was great and professional. My issue is the lack of communication. ETA was 11:06 and didn’t show up until 11:55pm. I called and the automation then told me my apt was from 11:06 to 12:36. It was frustrating.
